GWCA Parent Reminders
A few important reminders for our families:
👕 GWCA T-Shirt Orders
T-shirt order forms were sent home approximately three weeks ago. Forms and payment are due tomorrow afternoon so Mrs. Stinson can place the order.
High school students who will be volunteering with Light Up the Holidays are required to have a GWCA T-shirt.
We are hoping the shirts will arrive before our first field trip. They will not be required for the field trip, but if they arrive in time, we would love for students to wear them so our group looks coordinated and is easily recognizable while we are out together.
Please note the additional charge for larger sizes:
2XL: +$5 | 3XL: +$10
🚌 Field Trip Reminder
Field trip permission forms are due when students return from Fall Break.
Parents and siblings are welcome to join us! If you plan to attend, please let us know by Monday, October 5.
The cost for parents and siblings is $15 per person, and Lazy 5 Ranch accepts cash only.
